As an online and local Los Angeles network, 3P works to identify and prepare the next generation of female business leaders and entrepreneurs. We help find professional avenues to share their interests with other professionals as they develop skills and their commitment to their professional growth. Through web-based and local professional development and peer networking opportunities, the Pink Ponies group strives to enhance the leadership capacity of its members.
